Joao Pedro de Paula
Performer, Choreographer
Based in Dresden, Joao works as a freelance performer and choreographer, holding an MA in Choreography from the Palucca Hochschule. In his movement he departs from the classical vocabulary to research the loss of verticality in the body. He danced for five years with the Ballett der Oper Graz, Austria and as a freelancer has performed works by Aszure Barton and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui.
